1. Why do you want to quit smoking — and why now? Not six months ago. Not next year. What's happening right now that makes this the moment?

2. How many times have you tried to quit before, and what happened? What methods did you try? How long did it last? What pulled you back?

3. Are you ready to be a non-smoker from the moment our session ends? Not after one last pack. Not "soon." Starting immediately after the session.

4. What would your life look like one year from today if you were completely free from smoking? Health, finances, relationships, self-image — paint the picture.

5. Is there anything about hypnotherapy you're unsure about — or anything you'd like me to know before we speak? Scepticism is welcome here. Questions, concerns, specific situations — anything relevant.
